Water Balance

Water balancing chemicals play a crucial role in ensuring swimming pool, spa and hot tub water is safe and healthy for users. They are used to help manage the properties in the water, such as pH and alkalinity, to ensure bather comfort and protect the lifespan of the swimming pool equipment.

Dry Acid (pH Minus)

pH Minus is the ideal product to lower the pH or Total Alkalinity (TA) levels in your swimming pool, spa and hot tub water. High Total Alkalinity (TA) levels can lead to cloudy water, scale formation and poor performance from Sanitisers (Chlorine/Bromine). High Total Alkalinity (TA) can lead to pH levels becoming unstable. High pH levels can cause bather discomfort.

  • 2 x 7kg

  • 1 x 25kg

Alkali (pH Plus)

pH Plus is used to increase the pH levels in swimming pool, spa and hot tub water. If the pH reading is too low, it can cause eye and skin irritations as well as causing corrosion to the equipment.

Available in:

  • 6 x 1kg

  • 4 x 5kg

  • 1 x 25kg

Alkalinity Increaser

Alkalinity Increaser is a great product for increasing Total Alkalinity (TA) levels in swimming pool, spa and hot tub water. The main problem with low pool Total Alkalinity (TA) is that it can be damaging to the walls and surfaces of your pool. You may start to notice cracks, corrosion, or discoloration on these surfaces.

Available in:

  • 4 x 5kg

  • 1 x 25kg

Total Alkalinity Reducer

Total Alkalinity Reducer is a liquid acid used to reduce the Total Alkalinity (TA) levels in swimming pool, spa and hot tub water. This product is also very effective at removing scale from pool surrounds.

Available in:

  • 4 x 5lt

Calcium Hardness Increaser

Calcium Hardness Increaser, increases the Total Hardness levels in swimming pool, spa and hot tub water. Low Total Hardness levels over time will cause long-term serious damage, especially to plaster, vinyl liners, grout, and metal rails etc.
