Test Strips

Palintest 3 in 1 / 6 in 1 test strips are used to measure the most important swimming pool, spa and hot tub water parameters. These include Free Chlorine, pH and Total Alkalinity (TA) levels.

Palintest Rapid Test Tablets

Available in:

  • Palintest DPD No1 Rapid Tablets (1 x 250 tablets)

    DPD No1 test tablets should be used with Pooltester instruments and will test Free Chlorine from 0 - 5.0ppm.

  • Palintest DPD No1 Rapid Tablets (1 x 250 tablets)

    DPD No3 test tablets are used in conjunction with DPD No1 test tablets to obtain a Total Chlorine result with Pooltester instruments.

  • Palintest Phenol Red Rapid Tablets

    pH Phenol Red test tablets should be used with Pooltester instruments and will test pH Readings from 6.8 - 8.4.

Palintest Photometer Test Tablets

Available in:

  • Palintest Photometer DPD No1 Tablets (1 x 250 tablets)

    For use with a Photometer, these tablets test for Free Chlorine levels in your swimming pool, spa and hot tub water.

  • Palintest Photometer DPD No3 Tablets (1 x 250 tablets)

    For use with a Photometer, DPD No3 test tablets are used in conjunction with DPD No1 test tablets to obtain a Total Chlorine level in your swimming pool, spa and hot tub water.

  • Palintest Photometer Phenol Red Tablets (1 x 250 tablets)

    For use with a Photometer, these tablets test the pH readings from 6.5 - 8.5 in your swimming pool, spa and hot tub water.

PoolLab Photometer Test Tablets

Available in:

  • PoolLab Photometer Alkalinity M (1 x 50 tablets)

    A reagent suitable for PoolLab 1.0 and PoolLab 2.0 photometer to measure the Alkalinity-M level in your swimming pool, spa and hot tub water.

  • PoolLab Photometer CYA-Test (1 x 50 tablets)

    A reagent suitable for PoolLab 1.0 and PoolLab 2.0 photometer to measure the Cyanuric Acid level in your swimming pool, spa and hot tub water.

  • PoolLab Photometer DPD No1 (1 x 50 tablets)

    A reagent suitable for PoolLab 1.0 and PoolLab 2.0 photometer to measure the Free Chlorine level in your swimming pool, spa and hot tub water.

  • PoolLab Photometer DPD No3 (1 x 50 tablets)

    A reagent suitable for PoolLab 1.0 and PoolLab 2.0 photometer. Used in conjunction with DPD No1 test tablets to obtain the Total Chlorine level in your swimming pool, spa and hot tub water.

  • PoolLab Photometer Phenol Red (1 x 50 tablets)

    A reagent suitable for PoolLab 1.0 and PoolLab 2.0 photometer to measure the pH level in your swimming pool, spa and hot tub water.

Pooltester pH + Chl or pH + Bro

Pooltesters are test devices which operate with the help of visual comparisons. Ideal for swimming pool, spa and hot tub water. Used to measure pH and chlorine or pH and bromine values. 8 pH scale values and 16 chlorine/bromine scale values.

Poollab 2.0

The PoolLab 2.0 photometer is the further development of the predecessor model PoolLab 1.0 and comes up with a multitude of innovations:

• Three water parameters can be measured simultaneously (3-fold cuvette, still exchangeable)

• The PoolLab 2.0 offers to test on 24 pool water parameters on 4 wavelengths

• A large colour display with backlight provides better overview and a professional appearance

• In addition to Bluetooth, the PoolLab 2.0 now also offers Wi-Fi to transfer the data directly to the cloud without the need to connect to the LabCOM app.

• On the PoolLab 2.0 it is now also possible to directly select the water source for which the measurement is taken

• The PoolLab 2.0 is IP68 waterproof and can be immersed into the pool

  • A: To test Free Chlorine levels, you will need DPD No1 tablets. These tablets come in a variety of options, the option you choose will depend on the type of equipment you are using to test the Free Chlorine level.

  • A: Rapid tablets are ideal for use with a Pooltester. Photometer tablets are designed to be used with a digital instrument known as a photometer.

  • A: If chlorine levels are over 15ppm the colour on the pads can be bleached out and not show the results.

    Likewise, if the chlorine level is too low, the test strip colour will not change and an addition of chlorine to the water will need to be made.
